Three Winners Saturday Night.

Another good night for Pat Cowdrill and the team at Monmore Green.

Dhustone Charlie was the first to oblige with a great run in the A7.  The Makeshift - Outbound Softie, Feb 2015 pup showed great early pace to lead of the first bend and put enough daylight between himself and the chasing pack to ensure the victory.

Next was the evergreen Moyar Flame,  showing tremendous pace off the last bend the 4 1/2 year old bitch got up to win by a length.

And finally Image Carranna won the last race of the night in fine style.   Showing fantastic early pace she led from the first bend and never looked in danger.  The August 14 bitch went on to win her fourth A1 in a row in 28.01 calculated.

Image Carranna Wins Three In A Row

Image Carranna kept up her impressive record Saturday night with her third A1 win on the trot.

After missing the break slightly she showed plenty of early pace to take the first bend in front.  Her blistering back straight pace then took her 4 lengths clear to ensure nothing would catch her.  She went on to win by 3 3/4l in an impressive calculated time of 28.00.

Image Carranna Again

Another good week for the Elderberry Racing Team with the highlight being Image Carranna's win in the Maiden on Thursday night. The young bitch showed plenty of early pace to lead all the way and take the race in an impressive 28.25 calculated.

Image Carranna Wins On Debut

A good week for the Elderberry Racing Kennel was rounded off with a great run from the young bitch Image Carranna. She powered home to take the A2 in the fastest time of the night, a calculated 28.29.

Pups First Time Out

A few pictures of the Ballymac Vic x Sportium Rozas pups out in the paddock for the first time. Great looking litter and good to see them out with the sun on their backs.

Graded Greyhound Of The Year Ardera Victor

Congratulations to Pat Cowdrill and all the team for winning the graded greyhound of the year award with Ardera Victor at last nights GBGB awards.

Following 7 months off after suffering a fractured hock he went on to win 10 of his 33 races last year, progressing from A5 through to A1 where he went on to win 4 times in the top grade.

An amazing achievement by all the team and of course Victor himself.

3 Winners Saturday Night

Another great night at Monmore Green for the Elderberry Racing Kennel, the first winner of the night came in race 4.  Manks Apollo pinged the lids and led all the way, avoiding some trouble at the first bend he kicked on to land the A3 by 9 lengths.

Race 5 then saw Cloncunny Rumble lead all the way to take the A6, again early pace was the key, Rumble went on to win in a calculated time of 28.68.

And the final winner of the night came courtesy of the veteran Ardera Pass, there was no stopping him once he'd got his head in front, he kicked on to take the A5 by 6 lengths.

Welcome To The New Litter

Friday night saw the arrival of the latest litter at the Elderberry Racing Kennel, Ballymac Vic x Sportium Rozas. 

7 pups in the litter 3 dogs and 4 bitches, all look big, healthy and strong. Both mom and pups doing well.
